A combination of indoor cycling followed by upper body strength training, core work, and deep stretches to decrease soreness and increase flexibility. One hour covers all the bases!
Strengthen your core with this quick and effective half hour class! Heather uses a variety of props (and sometimes none at all) to build endurance and stability in your abs, back, hips, and shoulders.
Booty Luv® is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, functional training, kick-boxing, and a touch of dirty dance moves that are designed to lift, tone and tighten your best asset. Booty Luv® will get your heart pumping and your booty bumping!
Geared for the young at heart, this is a low- impact total body-conditioning workout. Strength, conditioning and flexibility are the main focus of the workout.
