Guests will receive “take home” exercises, along with delicious snacks during intermission and a light lunch afterwards (both gluten free and vegan options) provided by Cally Fuscello, chef from Seed to Health.

Bring a yoga mat and get ready to sweat!

Heather is the creator, mover and shaker behind Body Luv Fitness. She is a personal trainer, yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spininng instructor and founder of Booty Luv®, based in Portland, Oregon.

She loves to spread & share her “FUN-ctional training for life!” motto in classes & festivals.
