Heather’s Body Luv Fitness personalized routines focus on my strengths and have changed my body image. I like Heather Craig’s yoga focus, concentrating on breath and slow, small muscle movements for greater awareness. She has taught me the meaning of “less is more” when developing body awareness and strengthening muscle mass.
